Download PaperPort Link to DocuShare

PaperPort Link to DocuShare is a program link for the popular ScanSoft PaperPort application that is included with many desktop scanners. The link enables you drag and drop scanned documents from your PaperPort desktop to DocuShare.

To download and install the software, follow the steps below. After installing the PaperPort Link to DocuShare, online help is available by clicking the Link Help button in the Send To Options window.


System Requirements

  • Microsoft Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4, Microsoft Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2, or higher

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher
  • TCP/IP network connection to a DocuShare server running version 3.0 or higher
  • 64 MB RAM
  • 30 MB free disk space for program files

PaperPort Versions Supported

  • PaperPort Deluxe 9.0 or 8.0


Downloading and Installing PaperPort Link to DocuShare

Note: Installation of the application may fail if you do not have adequate administrative privileges on your computer. If you receive error messages that warn of locked or in-use resources, you may need to have an administrator install the software.
Additionally, it is recommended that you install DocuShare Windows Client before installing the PaperPort Link to DocuShare.

  1. Click the link below to download the installation file to a temporary location on your computer.

  2. Locate the installation file using your file management tool. Double-click the file to start the installation program. Follow the on-screen instructions.

  3. When the installation is complete, you can delete the installation program.
  4. Open the PaperPort application. The DocuShare icon appears on the Send To bar.
