Program Goal I: The program will reinforce information about lifetime
games/sports activities introduced in earlier physical education
classes.
Program Objective: A. Students will demonstrate knowledge of rules and etiquette
associated with common lifetime sports activities,
including individual and team activities.
Course Objective: 1. explore learning rules of specific games/activities

Program Objective: A. Students will actively and routinely participate in activities
that improve personal physical fitness.
Course Objective: 1. participating in endurance activities such as jogging
and swimming laps
