Basic Unity Voice Mail System Overview

This document will help you to familiarize yourself with the Unity voice mail system. Please feel free to ask any questions along the way.

Dial 8000 to gain access the Unity Voice mail system.

If you are at your phone enter your password.

If you are at another phone hit * then enter your extension, and then enter your password.

After successfully logging on you can perform the following:

Hear new messages     1

Send a message       2

Review old messages     3

Options Press after a listening to a message:

Forward message       5

Mark as new       6

Hear message summary 9

Press during a message:
